Guest Post: Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida

Fort Lauderdale Beach is a beautiful and peaceful place early in the morning before all the crowds come out.  As the day wears on, more and more people come out to swim, bask in the sun, shop, eat or play.  The beach is bordered by Route A1A, in Southeastern Florida on the Atlantic Ocean, and is more than seven miles long.  There is so much to do in this area with their arts and entertainment, boutique shops and restaurants.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the beach and surrounding area, with the amount of people that come through on a daily basis.  Another of my favorite things about Fort Lauderdale Beach is the dining al fresco.  There are many restaurants up and down the strip that have both indoor and outdoor seating.  It’s a great place to do some people watching!
