Mele Kalikimaka!

Posted by Jody on December 23, 2011

Aloha!

Here’s our best-ever Friday Find!  Santa and Mrs. Claus had just a little time to enjoy the Hawaiian sunshine and hang ten before their big night. Surfboards for everyone!

Mele Kalikimaka

“Mele Kalikimaka is the thing to say on a bright Hawaiian Christmas Day
That’s the island greeting that we send to you from the land where palm trees sway
Here we know that Christmas will be green and bright
The sun to shine by day and all the stars at night
Mele Kalikimaka is Hawaii’s way to say Merry Christmas to you”

I just love this! One of my fav Christmas movies of all time is Nat’l Lampoon’s Christmas Vaca! I can hear the song now 🙂
