We’re off making memories!

Posted by Jody on July 7, 2013

Memory is a child walking along a seashore.

You never can tell what small pebble it will pick up and store away among its treasured things.

Making Memories

~~~
We are off on vacation for a few weeks! One of our “Treasure Hunters” may be able to check in from time to time for a quick posting.  We might even reblog a few oldies-but-goodies every now and then.
Having three weeks with our grandchildren is a thrill for Greg and me, but it will most likely (and most happily) not leave me any time to scout around online. 😉 Dare I hope for nap time? In the meantime, please check out some of our previous beachy posts by clicking a category that interests you on the left sidebar of the Beach Treasures and Treasure Beaches page! You might also find what you’re looking for by typing a keyword in the “Treasure Hunt” search block (upper left).
There is a lot to look forward to in August! Alaina and I will be combing the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, making our way from New Orleans, Louisiana to Orange Beach, Alabama (into Florida, even). Be on the look out for the exciting series of posts that is sure to spring forth from our adventures.
As always, we wish you many, many wonderful days at the beach making beautiful memories of your own!
We’ll see you in August! ~Jody
      Thank you so much! We all had an absolute blast! ~Now it’s time to get back to business. 🙂 Actually, I head out to New Orleans and the Gulf Coast tomorrow. Life is good, really good!
      • Hi Jody! New Orleans! Wow! I have never been there. That one is on my bucket list. 🙂 I’m assuming you are going to the west Gulf Coast. I have spent time in Florida on the Gulf side, but never on the western side. 🙂 More fun for you to have!
        I soooo love your enthusiasm! Yes – Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and a teeny tiny bit of Florida’s panhandle. Most of our time will be spent in New Orleans (for a convention) with just a couple of extra days for traveling the coast and beaches. Wooohooo!
      • Wow! How fun! OK, don’t forget to pack me along! 🙂 OK just blog about it! 🙂
