You are such a traveler and a great photographer. Always fun to see the places you visit. I love those star fish – they are amazing little creatures. I remember reading with my son about them when he was younger. In the book there was a story about fishermen who were annoyed with catching so many of them in their nets, that they decided to cut them in half before throwing them overboard. But it turns out that, unbeknownst to them, they were actually multiplying them, as star fish regenerate themselves. We were amazed by that story, and learned something, too.

    Enjoy a great weekend,

Marianne, thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful story! Starfish really are beautiful creatures. It’s a big thrill every time we spot one in a tidepool. ~ I always enjoy your sunny visits from Leisure Lane. So glad you stopped by! Have a great day, Jody
